2016 NHC Storm Season Outlook
The National Hurricane Center has released their 2016 Strom Season Outlook in a graphical format shown above. The NHC expects nearly normal numbers of of named storms, hurricanes and major hurricanes. The NHC prediction comes from analysis of weather around the world that is computer evaluated for the most likely results. However, the predictions are a likelihood, not a certainty of the number of storms. This prediction could change radically with changes to a La Nina or Nino weather pattern and other major influences.
